DESCRIPTION:Develop your knowledge and understanding of the complex context in which you lead and manage\, embolden your leadership and management styles\, and establish a network and community of practice across the SADC region. \nThis programme will enhance leadership and management competencies at various seniority levels within SADC’s higher education institutions\, fortifying participants with the competencies\, knowledge and networks needed to excel in their roles. \nAims\n\nStrengthen regional leadership capacity\nPromote regional integration and collaboration\nAdvance careers in leadership\nEncourage sustainable higher education development\n\nTarget audience\nThis programme is relevant for leaders\, academics and managers in higher education institutions at middle and senior level\, in public and private institutions\, across the SADC region. \nProgramme leaders\nThe programme is led by experts and experienced higher education leaders from the SADC region. Each session includes expert insights and fosters critical discussion on key learning outcomes. \nSessions\nThere will be 10 sessions: 9 online and 1 in-person to conclude the programme.
