DESCRIPTION:Description \nA two-day in-person Dean and Deputy Dean Leadership Programme by SARUA in Johannesburg\, bringing together deans and deputies to gain role clarity\, lead effectively at the intersection of executive and academe and build strong international networks across the SADC region with esteemed thought leaders exploring real-life challenges. \nWhy it’s important \nThis high-impact programme sharpens role clarity for deans\, deputies and executive academics\, equipping \nparticipants to lead with confidence\, influence and strategic intent in complex institutional environments. \nParticipants develop personal leadership\, focus on key functional competencies and develop critical networks \nacross the SADC region.
