This session challenges participants to rethink assessment in ways that promote creativity, integrity and digital ethics.
The Horizon Africa Leadership Programme is a dynamic 10-session online experience designed to empower senior, middle and emerging leaders with future-ready capabilities for an evolving higher education landscape and driving Africa's higher education success. This programme advances leadership competencies in AI, change management and leading through complexity and diversity, while intentionally strengthening DEI practice and inclusive leadership. Through expert facilitation, peer learning and reflective practice, participants build the confidence, skills and strategic insight needed to accelerate personal career advancement and drive meaningful transformation across African higher education.
A two-day in-person Dean and Deputy Dean Leadership Programme by SARUA in Johannesburg, bringing together deans and deputies to gain role clarity, lead effectively at the intersection of executive and academe and build strong international networks across the SADC region with esteemed thought leaders exploring real-life challenges.
