A two-day in-person Dean and Deputy Dean Leadership Programme by SARUA in Johannesburg, bringing together deans and deputies to gain role clarity, lead effectively at the intersection of executive and academe and build strong international networks across the SADC region with esteemed thought leaders exploring real-life challenges.

Objective
The objective of this two-day in-person programme is to strengthen leadership effectiveness at the intersection of executive management and academe, bolstering the faculty leadership, with the outcome of enhanced role clarity, strategic decision-making capability and the development of a strong, connected SADC-wide network of senior academic leaders.
