Develop your knowledge and understanding of the complex context in which you lead and manage, embolden your leadership and management styles, and establish a network and community of practice across the SADC region.

This programme will enhance leadership and management competencies at various seniority levels within SADC’s higher education institutions, fortifying participants with the competencies, knowledge and networks needed to excel in their roles.

Target audience

This programme is relevant for leaders, academics and managers in higher education institutions at middle and senior level, in public and private institutions, across the SADC region.

Programme leaders

The programme is led by experts and experienced higher education leaders from the SADC region. Each session includes expert insights and fosters critical discussion on key learning outcomes.

Sessions

There will be 10 sessions: 9 online and 1 in-person to conclude the programme. The in-person session will be held at a leading member university in one of the SADC countries.

All sessions take place at 10:00–12:00 SAST.
